'GASOLINE BATHS' & 'TOXIC FUMIGATION CHAMBERS' at the U.S. BORDER

Last year, I became aware of Juneteenth for the first time in my life. Shocked would be an understatement in depicting my feelings upon finding out of its existence.  Never-mind that I am a Political Science major with minors in History & Administration of Justice, topped with a Pre-Law specialization, but more than that, half my family is black, how could I have missed this? After multiple long conversations with my family, I was convinced our educational system is quite biased to what it teaches. Although I took many Black American Studies classes in college, the Tulsa Race Massacre was seemingly nowhere to be found and it’s hard to give praises to Black Wall Street when there is no mention of such accomplishments. This sent me on a deep dive through the United States history and I have been forever changed by my findings. The ‘gasoline baths’ and toxic fumigation facilities were right up there in ruthlessness next to the Human Zoos. Though, I suppose one could dilute the horrors of the Human Zoos, as the United States was not the only country to partake in such evil, but that is not the case with the gasoline baths and toxic fumigation facilities at our border. The United States was the first and only country to practice such horrors for an unbelievable length of time. Though the United States did have one person take steps to mirror such evil, Germany’s infamous Hitler was fascinated with the United States fumigation chambers. So fascinated, Hitler's gas chambers in his never forgotten concentration camps, were built using the exact blueprints from the United States fumigation facilities. Hitler even befriended the same man the United States’ received their toxic chemicals for the fumigation, and was able to secure a deal for the exact toxic chemicals the U.S. used as well, in addition to hiring the same man who installed the piping. We all know how the Holocaust ended, but very few know the true origins. While this too will be missing from educational history books, it’s time all Americans know our country's truth.  Hitler’s Inspiration and Model Example: U.S. ‘Gasoline Baths’ & Fumigation Facilities
